In the heart of the Sunshine Coast’s beachside lifestyle, this property is walking distance to ocean, surf clubs and the local restaurant district. The emphasis for this project was on informal living and a much-used outdoor entertaining space on the north-east. In this case, a formal front entry is completely erased from the design brief and all visitors arrive straight at the BBQ area, Summer Room and swimming pool. Teenage kids, friends, family and pets are all treated to casual living and envious proximity to the beach. One of our most common requests is for ‘low maintenance’ finishes, so this home is designed with extensive colourbond cladding and marine grade finishes for a long life of fun.
