Project Details
A sloping block backing on to bush reserve, with site works constraints – careful planning was required to establish this Brookwater home design all on one level. The pool was incorporated as a water feature, viewed from the Entry and Living areas. Our clients are excited about how the house performs thermally through all seasons and captures the summer breezes from the north east. Again, our clients had a builder in the family who was satisfied with the whole process, the construction detailing and the design solution.
