Some of Brisbane’s most valuable properties sit on her riverbank. In Chelmer, building sites are highly sought after and rarely found. When our client found this piece of paradise it was extremely important to them that the home design was befitting of such a block, all the while reflecting their playful and confident personalities. There had to be views of the Brisbane River from many different rooms of the house and a direct connection to the infinity edge pool and inner courtyard on the north. It was with this in mind the owners decided to commission Civic Steel Homes to complete the architectural design and construction of their project.
