Project Details
Pitched roofs, balconies, batten screens, soft colour schemes and native landscaping help blend the old with the new. The location of every home is an important part of the design brief. Here on the beach, appropriate flooring, corrosive resistant materials, keyless entry and storage for surfboards and fishing gear was a must. Being in a golf course community, a space for a buggy was also on the list of design requirements.
