Project Details
Here the Summer Room opens to the North East corner of the site, looking out to the paperbark forest with the sounds of the beach just beyond. The two storey void to the Summer Room allows light into the centre of the home on this narrow site, and brings a casual sense of space and connection to the living area within. Windows are carefully considered so as to control breezes and maintain privacy, and the kitchen extends through to a functional butler’s pantry and laundry space through to the Garage. Timber decks extend into the garden, with native planting that ties into the bush beyond.
