Project Details
The solution for this Noosaville new home design came with a first response to the close proximity of the Noosa River foreshore. This led to an informal emphasis on the entry, and a clever way to capture the North-Eastern aspect with breezes and views across to the river. The result is a combination of light and airy living spaces that function well in both winter and summer. This stunning new home design combines a plunge pool and a linear outdoor deck that links to the upper level visitor’s wing. The extensive use of glazing means that the living space is in touch with its leafy, bird friendly environment and views to the water. Privacy to the street is achieved with the use of remote louvre blinds and landscaping, to filter outlook and breezes as desired.
