Project Details
Developing a single storey design for a young family required the best of efficient planning, to make the most of the site and leave room for the kids to play. The owners are excited by the layout we developed for this courtyard house, with the Summer Room courtyard to the street on the north, and views to the garden from all parts of the home. In researching the pricing for a flat site, our clients understood they could simply fit a standard project plan on the site, but felt they got great value for money for both the innovative design solution & finishes they chose. Their courtyard house has ample natural light and breezes, with the living area opening front to back. The planning also carefully addresses privacy and maximises the outdoor areas to front and back.
