Project Details
This rural location takes in beautiful views into surrounding bush and over Somerset Dam to the west, so this design had to protect as much as possible from the afternoon sun, without hindering the outlook over the water. As a project designed for two, some lateral thinking was required to integrate the established guest residence with the new home. The expansive outdoor living area provides the link between the new and the old. It is a seamless join that allows for ample outdoor entertaining space around the fire pit and BBQ.
