This made central positioning of the large Summer Room and barbecue area the first priority, giving separation between the master bedroom and the secondary guest wing. The main living area, Summer Room and study are all positioned so that views are picked up to both sides of the property and air flow is possible even on the calmest of days. The raking ceiling rising over the entertaining area allows views to the tree tops and brings in winter sun to warm the entire house. Many afternoons are enjoyed out in the Summer Room feeding the resident kookaburras.
